I like how LR Int Cell transformation is considered harder than most especially Buu(Piccolo), who not only needs to be under 30% hp but also 5 turns or more, when Cell could transform any turn as long as you get him on rotation under hp condition

You can achieve INT Cell's transformation in turn 2 by manipulating your rotation to take damage. I don't get what's do hard about the transformation tbh

I run both SSJ2 Goku and Vegeta on the same team and I see their transformations quite often, prolly cause my units are dog shit and I mainly grind for medals

I don’t really understand how the HP-gated restrictions are difficult, especially nowadays when these bosses hit like nuclear bombs turn 1 (Transformations and active skills that are turn restricted I can understand cause you might not make it that far, but like LR Int Cell, you only need to be below 30% Hp. I don’t understand how that’s difficult)

Probably because if you get to the hp threshold and he's not on rotation you have to either 1. heal and hope you get damaged enough again for when he comes back or 2. stay at low HP and risk dying before he shows up.

nah, cell lr is easy in hard events, gohan agl lr with gamma 1 is easy to transform, black rose rage in hard events is very easy to active, maybe android 21 is hard, but the other transformations are easy or somewhat laborious to have, but they are not difficult at all.

Evolution Blue Vegeta is not that rare after eza he has a 40% chance to transform starting from the 4th turn,you'll definitely see him in long events,not on short events and it's possible on red zone but not guaranteed,there's still worse conditions honestly.
