he has ~500k def + 150% depending on your hp. So he has ~900k def (before attack), after he has 1.5M def + guard + reduc

Only reason goku black rose is not higher on the list is because he needs a very specific team. Yes the team is able to stand it's own against the events now but still, with units like kale and kefla and vegeta who can be put on many different teams goku black doesn't exactly equal up unless he's on a powerful crossover team (which most people dont have because they haven't been playing since dinosaurs went extinct)
