He's actually broken the law by using offensive words and behaviour by committing a breach of the peace. If you used the same expletives towards a police officer you could be very well arrested. In my mis-spent youth, I had an interaction with a police officer that was following me. I asked him if he liked the smell of my arsehole and he duly arrested me. I was fined 50 pounds and bound over to keep the peace for 12 months.

Anyone who gets stopped by a cop and they abuse section 5. Just don't pay a fine and take it to an appeal court. A higher court will reverse the decision as they have done many times. Because parliament has not made any laws against swearing.

These photographs are essential for us all to look back at the history of the planet. These jumped up arrogant people are stifling the chance to view buildings of today in the future. That is why, it is legal to photo everything you can see whilst in public.

Some people should not be ALLOWED out in public, without a responsible adult to monitor them and remind them that they are indeed IN public, where there is no expectation of privacy! and that screaming obscenities at other members of the public is not entierly socially accepted.
