Nice as always, buddy! Debating on whether to pick this one up. Despite that awesome wired cape I still think I prefer the original Action Comics 1000 I much prefer the "S" symbol on the original. Shame he still has those ugly ball ankle joints and he STILL doesn't have two fists!

Try dry brushing them a silver or metallic gunmetal grey paint

Ya... Just a silver wash or use Tamiya paint spray... It works really good for accessories..👍💀

I use different paints for different uses... Spray... acrylic and even pen....👍💀

I think the stiffness is your figure bro. Mine moves smoothly ...I think I am going to get another one of this after watching. Your Connor Kent custom I am going to use this torso and paint around the S emblem to save me the trouble of waiting for the decal 😆

The only thing I did to mine was swap on the mullet hair superman head so now the best Batman to go with mine is that new McFarlane toys exclusive Batman figure that I completely missed out on because McFarlane just doesnt make enough figures to cancel out scalpers... seriously Todd McFarlane should rename the platinums and mts exclusives to "ebay scalper exclusives" and call it like it really is!

Love/hate this Supes. Opened the GL just before and loved it. Opened Supes and liked it UNTIL - nothing new with McFarlane - I attempted to pose the fig. No backward tilt. Head barely goes back. And the legs have as much lateral rotation as two boards bolted to a post: none. No rotation in the hips. No thigh cut. No boot cut. GL wasn't great but had SOME rotation. Straight up infuriating from a company that COULD be doing so much better on a consistent basis. But Todd has to make us say WTH on at least every other fig, whether it's garbage articulation, crappy faces, freakish proportions, or head-scratching choices in paint or sculpt choices. They've shown what they can do. Can't figure out why they seem determined to fall short of that so frequently.

Ya ... I think it comes down to this is like the first mold that McFarlane made...the articulation has definitely gotten better... Thank you for this comment though...I'm gonna do a vid where I show all the mods you can do to add articulation...👍💀

I don’t like those blue wrist balls. McFarlane just teased Fleischer Superman which had flesh tone wrist balls, and both fist hands, so I’m gonna wait for that one. Thanks for the review!

@ true. Blue wrist balls work for the new ‘78 Page Punchers where the wrists are smooth. This one has chevrons which breaks the aesthetics, so it looks weird.
