I can go on and on with how much more productive I am working from home. Your argument may apply to Sales or Engineering or Marketing. But for us bean counter workers, It doesn't make sense going in the office just to sit in a cube.

I agree! Also, remote work has a allowed departments/units to recruit talents from all over the US. Not every government worker gets funded by tax payers but unfortunately this is impacting all agencies at every level. My husband works 10+ hrs everyday and most weekends too because production metrics have to be met. I believe this should have been planned and executed better. There’s a lot of regulations and contracts clauses being broken. My family will have relocate to in order to keep my husbands job which we have no problem for but I think of the families that cant do that and will be losing an income and my heart aches. Also, they say they want to have everyone back in office but some units/departments dont even have the capacity to fit everyone in. I wonder if this is being done by Musk to commercialize these jobs and benefit the private sector and fill his pockets in the end. As for PBD too hard for him to take his entrepreneurial glasses off and analyze this situation from the gov employees perspective

Thanks to my husband and my children as they got older helping me pick up the sofas which i couldnt do by myself. Everything else was done by myself. Tear down build up sewing and applying the materials to the pieces. I did this for 13 years. I learned alot while doing this and the biggest thing you learn is if you do not work you will make no money. I was never without work. Iwas always on time for pock up and delivery. When I stopped doing this i started working for an aircraft company upholstering seats for private jets which Im still doing today. 12 years after my little garage job my customers were still calling me to do their upholstery for them. I will never regret that time of my life. Work is very good for the soul.

Byron is such a g.. I say make this man a running mate for Vance in 4 years And it will be the most high energy, charismatic, and unbeatable Duo. But man did my blood boil hearing him talk about the state of immigrant children under the Biden administration. The man is always prepared and knows his stuff.

Please please please please ask Byron to run for governor! I just told a friend of mine several weeks ago that he would be perfect when Governor DeSantis is gone to take his place. So glad that you brought this up on the show
