The thing is Dwayne Johnson’s ego is so big that he actually makes any studio he works with sign a no lose clause preventing him from losing. That’s why Black Adam was never going to meet Shazam. He was probably going to beat Superman too.

Dwayne was open to losing to Superman because it’s Superman. DC just did a horrible job of making it happen.

There's one thing the Black Adam film did was finally wake me up and realise DC had to change. Stop putting $200 million dollars on a mediocre superhero movie, starring charcter that barely anyone knows, focus on a series of characters that can help build a large universe. Also, it convinced me to write my own version of a Black Adam solo film. So that's pretty cool.

I love black adam but they really have been pushing him. Which is good but a the same time i think he works best as a more villainous character or role in the story.

I’m a big dc fan but the way they ended black Adam. I was so excited. Then for nothing to happen, and then you realize nothing ever will happen. Just made me so mad. After endgame, DC had a massive and I mean massive opportunity to make so much money. Marvel was putting out crap stuff outside of Spider-Man. Fans were so excited about that post Credit scene from black Adam. Then we realize Henry Cavill will probably never even play Superman ever again. Best Superman actor ever ever. DC ruined it.
