Harley isn’t really an anti hero. She’s still a criminal and has committed unspeakable actions. For example in the injustice universe she is forgiven after helping joker kill like 11 million people plus she started hitting on Shazam who she knew was a kid. Plus even in her new comics she still commits crimes.
