99% Ideal smoker, my only suggestions 1) control panel should be chest level, not something I have to bend over to access, 2) drainage valve should allow for a bucket underneath.

The fan should have a easy to remove clip on mechanism

Thought the same thing, unscrew the access panel, and unscrew the fan - use a thumbscrew/wing nut

Excellent equipment only for the big boys no beginners ..since compare to Cadillac ill go something cheaper.
