Mike Robertson WAS NOT FOUNDER OF SOUTHERN PRIDE! My dad & mother , Bert B. Robertson & Monta Claire Robertson, were founders of Southern Pride smokers. My dad showed me this invention with a prototype on our kitchen table with a matchbox when I was 16 years old! ( 1962) It took years for my parents, my brother & I to develop it in the beginning years for it to become what it is today.

Fast food hamburgers, better then any drive throw window fast food if you keep the meat in the smoker on hold temperatures untill it's been ordered. Also you get a really grate smoke flavor You could also sell chiken legs and thigs And or chiken breast trust me the dark meats have a lot more flavor.

You can control the smoke profile. If you want to operate a craft bbq joint, I get it. Do it the old fashioned way. If you want to make a lot of money and serve something that is just as good or better, here you go.
