its a tick, he’s actually on time but he feels the beat on a different part of the foot, therefore he’s playing cleanly but marching in place doesn’t do his way of counting time justice

xCentauri your foot hitting the ground differently than when it’s supposed to is out of time. He can play in time, his feet are still out of time.

When you "age out" at age 21, it basically means that you've reached the maximum age you can do the activity for.
