I managed to refuel on the F4E first try. Only plane I can do aar in. You need to recycle the aar probe switch everytime you disconnect.

Hey Kermit! Yep, that was it! I only remembered a KZbinr mentioning that after I had posted these videos and were discussing them in the discussion forum I run. Good to know it's not a bug! (Though the tanker behavior needs to be tweaked to respond to this scenario a bit more intelligently. That's on ED's side of things though.)

It refuels so slow also, but i still love the darn thing!

"I have a narrow urethra." - Hank Hill I really like it too. This is about as advanced as I want jets to be. The Tomcat is right at the cusp... But as soon as we're flying a computer (in ANOTHER computer) I start to lose interest. And of course I don't like fly-by-wire as it's taking all the fun away for itself and I'm merely advising the plane about where I wish it would go, if it cares to let me. ;)

@admiralqualityspretendingtofly I hear ya, It's just smart enough..lol... the Vietnam era of aircraft are where it's at! The A6 is gonna be awesome when it shows up finally.
