I think the sensitivity and the wobble you experience after take-off comes from the lack of yaw and rudder damping. The two yellow warning lights you can see at 3:40 show that the damping is off. You need to press "servo" to reset it. An abrupt input can sometimes disactivate it, my old joystick used to send ghost inputs because of a faulty potentiometre in the Z axis.

Interesting. This was right after takeoff so there werent any extreme sudden movements before that. I didnt actually mind the increased sensitivity, the plane felt a bit Mig29-ish that way, but its good to have that info nonetheless, thanks!

Yeah lost the 1st circuit during the line up and the second after take-off. The whole flight with the FAIL light on bothered me :P. Could at least press it to turn it off :D

The seeker head of the sidewinder points right at the top of the HUD. And you can also uncage it.

Yes, but where exactly I did not know at that time, thats why I was moving up and down when approaching the A10.
