Hate to say it but you lost the first fight right after the merge in a classic ACM tactical mistake. They both went right and you dropped in behind the lead ship of the two, making it very easy for the trailer to pick you off since you rolled out on front of him. Surprised you even made it to the next two turns before he got you.

timing is everything thats what my grand father used to tell me he was a pilot (not in the USAF ) let me tell you the jets he flew may be someone would guess .. he flew a mig 21 and briefly he flew a mig 27 (not soviet of or russian af either )
