Top Gun Maverick Sounds: Hmm, for the gun sounds... best I can do is 12 rounds a second. Small movie made by a medium sized youtube channel: The F-16 uses an M61A1 that fires 100 rounds a second. Why would I use anything else?

Actual best part of the movie is the loop at te end, foreshadowing the eternal cycle of flight getting downed, nearby one getting rerouted to assist by AWACS, losing contact, shooting down the MiG which comes back, getting shot down and AWACS rerouting next flight for the same fate. Absolutely amazing, better than 90% of movies in cinema

This needs the full cinematic treatment. Awesome short film. The ominous music really gave it a dark, foreboding touch. The story reminded me (in a small way) about the legendary tale of the Flying Dutchman----a 17th century sailing vessel that was cursed to never be able to make port for eternity, and which also meant very bad news for anyone who encountered it. This is almost like the 21st century version of THAT ghost story. Very well done. Enjoyed it immensely.

The aircraft models in movies are very low poly models whereas these are fully detailed models and on top of that these are not animations, its an in game video. On top of all that let me tell you this, DCS needs a really beefy PC to run.

Terror is when SAM is after you. SAM is a ruthless lethal AI. An F-16 in Iraq evaded 6 SAMs with failing countermeasures for 5 minutes. And there is real footage of this. That looks way more terrifying.

The Mig 29 skull marking was from their best pilot who defected to the Iraqis with his plane and spare electronic boxes. They thought he crashed but instead installed US technology electronics into the 2x Mig 29s including friendly signature, communications and radar jamming. His wingman saw this but was shot down before saying it.

That story was a brick in the story of Ukraine fighting spirit, that have strengthing the morale of a whole country, so they were able to win battles. An alternative ending would be the Mig29 using its gun on the F16 and its pilot screaming as 30mm rips into him. Seems more fitting for the mig29 to return the favour using its gun

I was holding my seat with curiosity, excitement, and questions throughout this whole sequence of fighter planes; and obviously the goosebumps I got each second. The voice-over, camera, lighting, animation, editing everything is done so perfectly. Kudos to your work. I'm with Supercharged Petrolhead. Why not make it a full feature film?

but....wingman of that F16 group only spotted one mig29（then he gone...Biologically） with sharpnel’s scratches on it’s fuel tank（but it still can do cobra manuver....hell....no fear of explode?normally it already explode,maybe it just recovered after that.....）....and at last u can see there are bullet holes on the side of that MIG’s cockpit...it recovered itself after taken fire from F16s' leader(then he gone too....Biologically)....(๑•﹏•)
