Next time you need to lift a heavy transmission use a couple of straps on the arm of your lift to hoist it up to where it needs to be instead of breaking your backs .

all that soldering and wiring hassle for mech unit and htg is quite oldschool now cause there is much better options on market atm witch wont require any soldering or even removing mech unit.

ufff... HTG gonna take you weeeeks of tuning the GCU until it works kinda fine. you should go for e92 DCT and MaxxEcu ECU, plug and play and works fine without tuning
