Enzo Vieira no she’s not. In season 4, when she came to earth one to help Barry in Enter Flashtime, she went back home to earth 2. And so did harry after the season ended. She was only on earth three while jay was stuck in the speed force at the end of season 3.

38 falls in episode 1 5 falls in episode 2 4 falls in episode 3 3 and 2 fall in episode 4 1 is the final stand in episode 5 If they go by the comics, 5 earth's remain when things goes to shit. Only to be reduced to 3 when the Anti-Monitor accelerates the process. Then they kinda "merge" and at last, they get destroyed only for the main one to remain. This is were Anti-Monitor goes at full power and fucks them up.

Kara can still do the fight against aliens theme that her earth did, as Flash this season confirmed the dominators planet is still around, but given the DEO still has to protect humans and aliens the aliens that have been living in earth will no doubt be rescued Besides Supergirl still has to do a brainiac debut and brainiac keeps bottled alien words in storage, so either way her theme is safe
