DCUO Bypass Five Minute Loot Lock Timer

The Speed hackers have a new feature in the hack program they use. It takes away the 5min loot lock timer however it only works for pc not playstation. Devs know this that's why pc can't trade any catalyst with playstation players. This is the only way to bypass the timer on playstation. The devs don't care to install a anti cheat.
