Overcharge is a great heal if you use it properly. Anything you hit with overcharge as a healer will give an AOE heal once that target is hit with a weapon attack or power. So you can hit a bunch of adds with it to save the heal until you need it.

The thing about Electric is there's tons of flexibility. I've used PHR/Trans/Strat with Arc/Gal/Recov/EG/Bio Cap/Surge and done well. My Gemini build is arts(Gemini/PHR/Page) Arc/Recov/Gal/Bio/Surge/Bloom.

I usually clip galv/recover or galv/priority, its usually galv+recover to build page stacks. Side question I heard devs supposed to add 4th art slot? Is that true? If so thats gonna be op for healers page/PHR/scrap/EoG

i love using orb actually. if its a raid where the tank gets clapped hard. it was great in survival mode healing our fire tank. but other than that, i do eog spam any other time

Elec just has 6 healing powers so there isn’t a variety of load outs, unless you eog spam

In order to run 2 SC to spam EoG you have to have scrap im guessing? Otherwise its run 1 SC

arc can work if everyone is close, its a little clumsy and now that we have PHR and POD it doesnt fit where in the past you could have run arc as a substitute to recover etc

Idk the numbers but since you have a pretty big pool of power, wouldn't reserve tank chest mod be better then power efficiency? 5‰ less power cost seems small compared to reserve tank.

once you start using power your power pool is rarely every full again because you are constantly using your abilities so you never get to take full advantage of a higher power pool where if each power you used cost 5% less then no matter the situation you always using it and saving overall power

Is it okay to run pure heal? I am not a big fan of eog spam because it is not fun but i am guessing it is required of a healer for elite raids? I am just wondering if i should even try lol

It is perfectly viable and fine to run pure heal. You may have some pug groups that will ask you if you spam gemini but you don't have to feel obligated to heal that way

Ive always speced super powered. Its the only option for electric healers. I use brawling its quick and builds your super fast. As far as the loadout goes i personally dont like arc lightning its just to slow for my play style.

You know you can clip Arc/Recov/Gal and Surge or Bio Cap. I generally clip Arc/Gal/Rec then HB combo, until I need Surge or Cap then rinse repeat.

in elite content a healer needs page, if there is 2 heals only 1 needs it but the page proc is too powerful to leave out. For any other content you most likely won't take enough damage to proc page so it could be subbed for PHR which you can always have uptime for

So I’m making a healer with water and was wondering if I could just restat once I get to a higher cr? Figured dps until about 300cr would be easy like my rage dps was pretty much dlcs, solos, duos, and events and had no problems. (I’ve only been dps and tank is why I’m asking)

Yes you can dps up til end game then respec your stat points, as for gear artifacts and augments you will have to relevel new 1s for the support role you wanna do.

I just started using my rage for tank and that is just with op gloves and back along with tank weapon and head. All stats and arts still directed towards dps but still runs alerts and raids better than when I dps 🤷🏻‍♂️ lol

@@2a24seven9 if you're planning to tank you will need full tank gear. It will provide the heal, def, and dom needed to be a tank.

So many ppl sleep on arc lighting for heals, comes in handy in TSDE when you’re avoiding snipers behind the pillars on the first boss.

I spec into dominance. The 10% boost applies with the stats you get from gear. I also get the dominance generator mods and augments. My shields are really strong. Also use metabolic boost instead of speed drain

@@48sasuke Dominance doesn't attract adds. That's a myth that has been debunked. Adds will naturally go after tank first, then healer, then troll then dps. Also may depend on who's closest to target next.

I try not to put electrogensis on tank because when 2 of the people who has the aura they give out 2 heals on the same persom

I only have 2 loadouts as Electric, main heal has 2 supercharge (page,ray,eog) 4 slots for heal is sufficient for any solo healing including critical and fve. , my eog spam has 3 supercharge (ray,eog,cloak). Full heal in 2021 is unnecessary

This loadout is fine but what if your flight? No speed drain in flight....how about an EOG for that?

You don’t, bio is just a better option than egen or eburst. Say you page proc’d and the group was still taking a lot of dmg before you could get max stacks again bio cap will cover the heal then over page. It matters more for elite content, for regular or alerts etc, it won’t be required at all

Man I gota say I kinda hate electric healing, it's my least favorite so far I thought it was fun years ago but it doesn't seem to hit the same when I just switched over to it. I'm not seeing the same healing quality as I did with other kinds of healing. In my opinion and the power burn is insanity.

not a fan now that trans crit is almost as helpful in terms of the larger heals. Alot of controllers are also buff trolls so the power may also be a hindrance. New healer artifacts today have made orb less useful
