I've been experimenting with High Tide on heals. I took out my priority heal and replaced it with Tsunami strikes since it acts as a priority. I can use high tide to either put a HoT or I can make my group heal a little beefier. Using Tsunami Strike twice resets the cooldown of High Tide only after 2 casts which is fairly quick Load out - Solace, Mending Waves, Tsunami Strike, High Tide, Tempest Guard, Blessing of the depths

Great video, been using high tide and can confirm it doesn’t add much to the heals. Unfortunately levelled trans card to 200 but I’ll work on my Gemini. Switching to flood of power having 4 solace is amazing, also my power has increased a lot by investing in the movement tree, ty so much chill :)

the telepathic is so absurd. in level 13 on it and I've already a force field and a group heal that has a .5 second wait time. I can spam that as it heals me as well and spam force field. fly up and throw people around, 2 trap abilities that work great for crowd control and 2 damage abilities

Do you think the Solace of the Sea and Flood of Power Loadout out is still Viable to this day, with the EoG nerf going on? I use Trans(should I use strat instead?), PoD, and PHR and swap for eog. I have fun with the loadout lol.

The solace of the sea loadout get far more healing ticks than the hide tide loadout and the shield loadout looks good for PVP. Thanks for the info I will be using both of these loadouts.

For the pure heal loadout chest tactical mod do I use use power efficiency or extended supercharge? It wasn’t specified in the video

If You use Clarion as a Healer can You go hybrid? I want to try the Clarion with dual pistols as a water healer. My thought is I can still heal People even when my superpower heals are on cool-down so it's just more healing for free and with hybrid using weapon attacks restores your power and it probably restores even faster and heals even more with dual pistols because of the full auto that dual pistols have. So it's just constant ticks of heals and power regen in-between while your other heals are on cool down and/or You need power. Not to mention that extra restoration from hybrid really helps. Not to mention with replenishing adapter I get more power back from my weapon attacks as well. I think this could be viable but I wanted to hear your thoughts on this.

11:36 for the augments, would it be better to use the dom augments if you can’t spec any into dom? I only have enough SP to max out resto and can maybe put 10 into dom if that’s even worth it

Thx for your video. Beside Eye, I’m using totally different artifacts. I’m combining: Eye (200), Strat (200) and Orb (161 not worth 200). What is you opinion on that? Also, my loadout: Solace + Rip + Solace, Soothing. I like to keep Bubble and Tempest Up one after the other one. SC: Flood of power.

Orb is still viable for water because you won't have power concerns so that is fine, strat works will with solace dots, ive used strat before with water.

@@jonathanrebecca6498 Orb isn't required now with transformation card, and having a ton of hots with strategist wont save the group at all when they are taking massive spike damage where PoD will literally be the difference between a group wipe and not.

@@jonathanrebecca6498 both can be good it depends on how you water heal. The Purple combo is more pure heals without needing to rely on Flood of Power, the scrap rotation would mean you use Flood Of Power alot in your heal rotation to reset and provide power. If you don't find yourself using FOP that much and save it for when the group needs it using scrap with it won't be taking full advantage.

I just wanted to ask what trinkets you're using. I can recognize the supply drop and the orbital strike but what are the other two? And if there are other trinkets you would recommend for a full healer loadout. Thanks in advance man!

The trinket in the 8 slot is just one of the Tier 3 pet trinkets, you can either use one that deals the most damage or you can use one you like style wise. The 9 slot one is just the current resto boost trinket that will change icon depending on what gear set you wear but its simply just to give yourself a stat boost for healing temporarily

any class can solo, it might take a bit longer as a healer build compared to tank or controller but the water shields will be very helpful for that

For what its worth, doing bubble>riptide>bubble 2nd bubble overwrites the 1st bubble. Tried it in a 8man group last time I was water, and it pops the 1st shield and applies the new shield. Its the same for tempest guard shield too. They won't stack(2 tempest guards)

true, the thought process is that the 2nd bubble you hope goes to the players that didn't get it the first time because they would be taking damage not the already bubbled players. Tempest the thought is that its so weak as a BSM it would break by the time you put the 2nd on them. Of course its completely dependent on the situation and resetting it just to use it when the previous shield expires is perfectly fine too.

Just for the page of destiny and purple healing procs, if you were not using those artifacts you could switch for blessing. Blessing is a great heal as well with the ripetide reset and FoP

It’s only a single target heal with the purpose of lowering high tide which we wouldn’t use. It’s still a heal but there are much better options as water to use. Even blessing of the depths which I didn’t use is much better being a 8 man burst which you can do back to back with ripetide. Today it’s not usually just the tank taking dmg, it’s players using amulet or not following mechanics TS won’t always go where you want it to go compared to another heal option

You don't need riptide to heal. You should be using tempest guard if you're going to double shield. You can't double bubble. Smh

Bubble will only hit 3 other players in the group, using riptide on it you’d increase the chance to shield others. Tempest Guard won’t do anything to stop an attack that could one shot a player but bubble would.

@@brucejohnson8040 high tide is way more useless. You seem to forget with flood of power it will reset riptide as well so you can have another heal or shield reset instantly. The flexibility riptide offers is unmatched for any healer powerset. You could have a double 8man heal with riptide as well if you needed a pure heal over shielding build with blessing.
