Yeah it's a little weird looking and in my opinion, not as good as the Owlman style helmet, but it's also based on one of the actual iconic Owlman helmets so I guess they were pretty limited with how it could look.

Are these rewards from normal collections? So lower levels can obtain in the preview?

I'm not 100% certain to be honest. It all really depends on the next set of Time Capsule gear and whether it has Syndicate Senses attached to it. As of today, the only way to get the Omnipotent collections is by farming a full set of Owlman gear. You can only obtain this gear once your CR is 207. Once you have the Syndicate Sense feat unlocked, if you're a member or have purchased the episode, you'll gain access to bonus Treasure Boxes upon completing an instance. These boxes have a chance to contain Omnipotent collections in addition to the usual method of beating specific bosses. As far as I'm aware, the event versions of the new content don't drop Omnipotent collections for anyone, but they're also tradable and can be obtaind via the Broker. I think the Vendor purchased collection piece from both of these collections only appears on the vendor once you're CR 207, also, so even if you can get all 11 pieces before you're CR 207, you won't be able to complete the collection until you gain access to the vendor collection piece. So to summarise, I think it'd be possible to work towards the Omnipotent gear but impossible to get it before you're CR207.

Nah, the only link to Time Capsules that these collections will have is if the Time Capsule gear has the Syndicate Senses needed to unlock the Syndicate Sense feat, which allows the Omnipotent collections to start dropping.

Hey, i collected Visitor Helm, Visitor Chest, Visitor Back cannon and visitor Belt, and i collected Owlsuit face owlsuit hands owlsuit boots and owlsuit ring, and i didnt get any feat pls help me

The ring and face aren't classed as being part of the Owlsuit. Only the Head, Chest, Shoulders, Back, Hands, Waist, Legs and Feet are classed as part of the style set. I think you'll need Visitor's/Owlsuit Shoulders and Legs and wear them at the same time as the Helm, Chest, Back Cannon, Belt, Hands and Boots. If you're still not sure, highlight a piece of the gear in your inventory. It should have a message at the bottom of the tool tip which states something like "This gear grants 1 Syndicate Sense". So you need to wear 8 different pieces of gear with this message, at the same, to trigger the feat :)

Yeah, you need to wear all 8 pieces at the same time for the feat to unlock, though. It doesn't work if you wear a few pieces at a time.

Nope :) this collection will be available until the game closes. It's part of Episode 30, so you need access to that if you want to grind for it. You might be able to get some pieces off the Broker cheap, too.

Will OP Collections also drop from the events too?

As far as I'm aware, they don't drop from the bosses in the Event versions, no. But if you own the DLC or are a member, you get a bonus Treasure Box after defeating the last boss and they have a small chance of dropping an OP collection. On test, I ran the Event version of the Duo, got a treasure box and inside the treasure box was one of the C.S.D.N.A collections. I think that's the only way you can get OP collections from the event versions.

Yeah, or 8 pieces of the Visitor gear, or a mixture of Owlsuit and Visitor gear. You need to be wearing 8 pieces of gear which grant a total of 8 Syndicate Senses.

Sorry, I won't be able to help you with this. As I've got all of the Time Capsule items (except the Chrome Material), I no longer open the Time Capsules. I begin saving up my Fragments/Stabilizers for the next batch of Time Capsules after the Notorious ones, so that I can get videos made for each of the rewards. I usually sell all my Omnipotent collections, too, as a way to raise in game money so that if my Stabilizers don't yield results, I can purchase the missing rewards off the Broker. However, this time, because the devs have made Elite content far more accessible, I'm investing more in my character's build. Thus, I'm consuming the Omnipotent collections I find and selling my spares.

Basically, the Helm is a reward that you get for completing the "CSI: Crime Syndicate Investigation" collection. That collection is an Omnipotent collection or an "OP Collection" as many people refer to them as. OP collections are bonus collections that have a chance to drop from bosses in content once you've unlocked a specific feat that you get for wearing 8 pieces of specific gear at the same time. In Episode 30's case, that feat is "Syndicate Sense" an you unlock it by wearing all 8 pieces of the Owlman vendor gear at the same time. Once you've unlocked the Syndicate Sense feat, you'll have a small chance of getting 11 of the 12 "CSI: Crime Syndicate Investigation" OP collections from specific bosses in Episode 30. The 12th piece is located inside the Episode 30 Vendor, which costs 375 Ultrabucks to purchase. Hopefully this helps :)

I could be wrong, but I think I heard people saying the vendor Head has better Primary stats than the AOJ OP Helm, so either way, it was becoming irrelevant/less relevant in this episode.
