I'd recommend seeing actually testing before you say you'll get it. His testing was a little off and not the ideal way to use the art.

This artifact made no sense until the devs made the recent changes to it. And even with those changes it's still sort of silly cause using it on adds in hallways is meaningless because adds die too fast. So atm it's only viable for boss fights. And even then I'm not sure id spend $ or use any resources to rank this up. It's a battle trolll artifact and battle trolls are not the meta in the game. The only time people really battle troll is SM. Episode is gonna go live on Oct 4th or 5th btw.

Brand + Cull combo...no longer remove Debuffs. So you only need to recast Bird's Blitz (or other debuffs) when looking to renew Brand debuff duration extension. Since Bird's Blitz is also a non-CC supercharge generator...it is a safe 'rotation' spam friendly ability. (Rao Damage over time does proc energy regen from BoP) (So group energy and Supercharge Generator spamming Bird's Blitz with Brand stack increasing Vit&Might along with energy cost reduction)

Birds blitz doesnt do a DOT thats amulet doing the DOT.

The Damage Over Time comes from the Amuler of Rao. The Amulet of Rao give DoT to Debuffs.

If you want be a battle troll simple put rao/claw and transformation and apply all debuffs with rechar and Weapon Attack with clipping low cost skill mosto of times i pass alot DPS that don't know how to output damage

Tbh its kinda pointless and or with the timeing. It makes the debuffs last longer, but you're canceling out the debuff so fast its pointless and the damage is minimal

Looking at these comments I think ppl just don’t understand the artifact in general I’m a main troll 430cr in this artifact does wonders for me for power troll battle troll in I art swap it with my buff troll not to mention it’s op in pvp I would say don’t knock it to you try it
