Hey Obsidian, I know you probably get tired of being asked to make videos on power sets and loadouts, but I’ve truly been struggling with the allies and artifacts I need to run as a celestial Dps and was hoping you could give me a bit of insight.

Batman Who Laughs and Shazam will be go to allies for most might powers including Celestial. Static can be good too if you already have ally favor into him instead of Shazam. Artifacts will be Trans-Strat-Quislet, Ebon will be a good level too. From there it will depend on if you want to artifact swap or not.
