@@vethwynwetfeather I use parasite. I build my mental to be heavy dom and vital. With that build my debuffs seem stronger then my other troll builds. That ghost debuffs last longer. But yes I use parasite as my 3rd art.

I love Rao use it in all my trolls, BOP I leveled it for one of my mains armory battle troll, but with the supercharge regen will have to add it to all toons, hopefully they keep it open for all roles.

Stat clamp needs to go. It is killing this game. Daybreak only did stat clamp to make more money by adding allies. It was all about money and profits, over the majority. This game is beyond broken. Broken boss mechs, broken feats, crashing, etc. Adaptive Augments should automatically switch for the corresponding episode too, no matter their level. There's way too many adaptive augs.

I feel that the SC generator is going to be OP for Prec DPS. Might powers would lose a lot of damage, though.

Idk I feel any dps might lose more damage running this art since they will be sacrificing an art spot as well as a move just to gain SC back. Scrap is still better not including black adam ect that helps build SC

yea BOP lends itself more to support roles like tank/healer (if that stays) because they can afford a loadout slot and art slot in most cases and run 10ks for the group for the most eog regen

Sacrificing a loadout slot for that isn’t worth it. You can’t fit too much in a prec loadout like that.

What about a water dps though? Cause they can generate even MOAR supercharge at once and could pop the extremely powerful call of the deep a lot. Just an idea. Not really planning on switching. But just thought about it just now.

water users could reset the sc generator, although sometimes I found if you reset and instantly use it again, it doesn't count the 2nd sc sometimes

Does Birds Blitz debuff effect stack if multiple players in group use it simultaneously? (If it did, it would work great for the Proma Feat) it would be like having the original EOG again.

it does not, debuffs of the same type do not stack. So if you have 2 controllers etc using defense debuff it isn't 2x stack its only the 1 and they just overwrite eachother

all of them will have some advantage's over each other. It largely comes down to if you want one that is good at dps like munitions or gadgets or want one that is more a pure controller like quantum

It wouldnt be viable to run the powerset sc generator in actual raids at least where there's adds involved in conjunction with bop due to the fact the the powerset sc generator retains its cc effect which is the reason why bop is used in the first place. So i would only say thats good for building sc at the target and on bosses only

Ideally no, you're right. Some trolls still do it and do it presently on live server with the sc generator. Will depend on the type of run it is. If the controller times the CC right when the adds are already knocked down it has a less chance at making them immune, or if its just like add waves in TTE plus it won't really impact the group to have 1 or 2 of them immune.

How come you don't play World of Warcraft OC? They have achievements but they are more based on game progress rather than actually making your toon stronger like skill points. They also have flying which i believe is even faster now than Dc Universe's flying. Since you're naturally good at games, World of Warcraft would probably be better suited for you since the skillcap is even higher there. They also have a lot of different character specialazations (Character roles) that you can experiment with. I'm just curious, i haven't quit Dc Universe myself i'm merely taking a break.

DCUO was the first mmo I played, before that was only FPS games. WoW mechanics may be appealing but I never really got into that whole fantasy style graphic games. Final Fantasy would prob be as far as I would go.

I like the change on BOP, but it need be restrict to controller IMO, cause a battle tank can do almost all the work that a controller would, making the class useless again, the bonus damage isn't bad but will have almost no impact in the end, I also don't think these artifacts needed buffs, other artifacts that are simply forgotten ones that needed much more like Grimbor's Chains, or even Entwined Rings of Azar, as mana battery builds are almost obsolete in the current meta

you do, those are for buff controller builds. These changes just allow you as the controller to deal more damage and provide more supercharge regen to yourself

Eog was never broke The problem was to many players were stacking the eog and getting infinite supercharge its a reason why the supercharge regen got nerfed and the stacking
