176$ membership is ridiculous! I play this game since the beta 2011 on PC and i got a switch. The price of membership needs to change NOW!

That is unfortunate, I'm not sure why they didn't reduce the effects, graphics, draw distance, etc to get the game to run better before merging the servers. That helps with my older PC, I'm sure it would help on the Switch, PS4 and Xbox One as well. Also the Switch's power is a issue, but it is also the game. Changing the graphical settings helps, but no matter what they continue to expand upon the game, every year. My older PC used to run the game just fine years ago, now it has issues. The PS4 ran it great upon release on PS4 and now the PS4 also has issues running it. Well hopefully they figure it out eventually. As is, yeah it is horrible on the Switch, and it is the PS4/Xbox One are eventually going to be in that same boat.

Oh great... all three devices that I use are doomed 🤭 It is true though, but new devices will come and the accounts will be and are available on those. So hopefully it just doesn't happen too fast... devices are expensive.

@@ThatGirlFromAU Yes they are, but the PS4 and Xbox One should be alright, it is just that you can tell they are having issues compared to when the game released on those platforms. The devs need to do something for the Switch though, as is, it is understandable that players don't want to play on it.

They won't admit it, but I know for a fact that Mepps and other Daybreak devs don't like me. They may say that they like the input of me finding bugs and glitches, but I swear it's like I'm always finding them. I always make sure to apologize for the inconvenience, because I know how hard the team works, but I just feel like it's best to bring them to their attention. That said, Mepps is the one I actually get to talk to in the DCUO discord. I still don't know if they're male or female, but when I'm not reporting bugs, they seem cool.

It sounds like you are kind and respectful and that you are just trying to help. I hope it isn't true that they dislike you and it is just disheartening for them to find there are bugs in their game. I am glad Mepps seems cool when not reporting bugs though. 😁👍

Idk but I just got a switch and all I do is play dcuo but I don’t see any lags but I do feel like there’s not a lot of ppl in the switch server maybe it’s cuz I just got to cr 49 but I don’t see no one doing raids as much on the ps4 yk

This reminds me of when I played on PS3 during Oringin Crisis and after.... but this is even worse. :( I started playing more on PC when we got Origin Crisis.... and a year later I had a PS4. Will there be a Switch 2 sometime in the future??? maybe a new Switch could run it better??

Yes, apparently a Switch Two is coming, but last I checked, no information on the new hardware as yet. Hopefully there will be a good enough upgrade so DC and other games can run better.🤷‍♀️

The moment they murge the EU with the U.S. that’ll be the day I finally call it quits. I’m on EU, and for how dear af it is, I’ve tried playing on U.S. (even with ps5, wired connection, 500+gbps, 23ping, and still have lag issues. Would I fk swap for a laggy server. Numbers maybe higher on the U.S. but if you struggle to play, what would that matter? They’ve killed this game because of greed! Reap what you sow! They’ve sacrificed continually on quality and quantity, and abused the loyalty of the players. And it’s only for the fact that ppl have put thousands/tens of thousands into the game, that so many stay. They can’t walk away from their investment.

I have noticed there is lag on every server I am on, to varying degrees. Maybe playing for years on Switch and dealing with constant lag has made PS and XBox seem better than they are to me by comparison. I do not stay for the reasons you have stated though... I cannot speak for others. I really enjoy this game, I find it fun and relaxing. It is what I do to wind down from busy days and it is how I spend time with my friends. I hope you still enjoy playing. ☺

DCUO can still be played on switch? I can't locate the game here. I play on pc but I would like to see how things are on nintendo. Is there anything I should do? Game is not there for me to download

Worse on Switch, its much more laggy and glitchy too. PS and PC are the best places to play if you're looking for other players.

I feel bad for the switch players who can't afford all the high end platforms like Pc Ps4/Ps5 and Xbox but hope the merge fixes the issue tho

No... only PS players can play with PC players, they are different servers

Yeah, that is why many are hoping Nintendo will bring out a more appropriate console for this game and others. So hopefully they will play better and people will not lose thier progress.
