@@ObsidianChill I absolutely appreciate your videos. You take your time and answer the unanswerable questions. I'm Quantum and my main damage loadout play style has lots of pets/backup/orbital damage. Of course you know I have the 100 percent supercharge as well. So I'm always questioning how to maximize what I do or should change. What about this artifact or this one or what's the best one. Just to hear you say there is no "best" artifact is awesome. Thank you for giving me more to work with and understanding. I do decent with what I have but I always strive to do better. Oh and Obsidian when I say that bro I mean for all your videos from loadouts to trinkets and yes even your one video where you were pissed off thank you. A honest person with honest helpful tips. Keep doing what you do.

Sniper Wolf it would but you’d be spending 1,000,000 for 0.02% increase in might, definitely not worth it compared to the grim or other artifacts

I would put refractor into “worth” category especially as rage. It’s a lot of health increase especially on rage with 470+ sp it’s a nice chunk of health from the pull slash base stats. Plus you are indirectly buffing your group since people will be running tetra/cog artifacts.

im gonna disagree on "mystic symbol of the seven"... its not trash getting it to 200 (and im ignoring stats boost)... in elite raids i have more problems with adds then actual bosses... and lately last few dlc all have bosses and adds... and from what i saw in new raid that you have problems with getting past mino, harpy,... i think it will be useful to have on 200 remember you get boosted from 15% to 20% and you dont need 5 adds... you only need 4 adds/boss to get full effect... so when pulling just few adds (example that fight where are minotaurs, harpys...) will come in handy in my opinion. i know most of the adds in raids can be stunned and stuff... but i had alot of problems when Tala put fire on me or final boss came with his blue lighting or whatever... and it fucked up my knockdown/stun rotation on adds... anyway just my opinion its not trash to get it to 200 (1 add less needed and get 5% more def basically)

King Nero to me I base it off if it’s worth 1 million xp. Yes the extra 5% is a ok perk but compared to 1 mil xp just for that and no other changes. Compare that to the manacles or EoG buff where not every time you pop a shield you get 5% extra stats making it that much stronger and every time manacles procs is a free shield reset. If players all had $100’s of dollars to spare sure Mystic is a good level but every tank should have the Manacles and Gemini first to 200

going to go Battle Troll with that rank 200 claw, I can do casual raid runs with a full troll gear and all mods and skill points focused on might and still give out adequate pot that is manageable while doing great DPS and buffing my entire raid team greatly, and in something more tough such as elite raids, be the second troll for buffing and debuffing with amulet of Rao along with a true troll.

The more I think about it the more I'm leaning Solar/Stone/Eye and for my healer going Orb/Eye/Stone or Fang. Yes on the healer I lose some power Regen using weapons but hypothetically were talking 6 artifacts depending on how you setup trying to get to 200. I don't even have my healer artifacts at 160. Idk, the Stone's base stats and it's perks seem to be too good to pass on and being able to use it on my role even if mildly inefficient to the Fang seems optimal from the grinding perspective.

I just couldn't get enough use from the 160 claw to keep it over rao or parasite in my troller build. I'm sure that in DPS gear it must be fun, but for a dedicated troller it's constant requests to switch it out or just take it off. The Soul Cloak/Parasite/Rao loadout just keeps thing smooth, but maybe that's because I don't run with high enough damage DPS to have smooth claw runs.

i play both Might/Prec and will continue to do so after the weapon revamp. I chose to upgrade EOG, GRIM because on my might side i use a supercharge build and i need the P.i set up so those to are automatic upgrades for me. As far as prec i use the Grim/EOG/Venom wrist. i know the philoshper stone or spar ai would be better choices but i wasnt dropping all that money. i got what works for me personally for both roles. maybe next double xp ill do the philsopher stone

I've been running Solar/Grim/Scrap as electric but now I may go Eye/Scrap and Solar because I do use the SA in my single target. The Stone sounds interesting but, with my Grim already at 160, I think those 4 depending on situation should be solid. I tend to lean heavy on might and see the additional perks from the Artifacts as a bonus outside of Scrap due to Circuit Breaker being a big part of my rotation. Plus the Eye gives both DPS and Healer a bump so.

I prefer Grim over solar, because at max it becomes an aoe attack artifact. Always go with aoe over single target, but that's just my preference.

My Scrap of soul cloak is currently 160 and I run extended supercharge in my chest and I’m nature, is it true that extended supercharge doesn’t work on wolf form because of how low the cost is? I don’t know if the same issue will happen with 200 soul cloak benefit if that is true. I’d like to make it 200 and start running core strength in my chest for higher damage but I’d like to be sure the supercharge back works on wolf form before I invest in going past 160

So considering the Venom Wrist Dispenser was automatically increased to 200, you're saying it's not worth it for prec DPS to get any artifacts to 200. Personally, I think the Cog is worth it. While it's true that the extra 0.125% by itself is paltry. When you combine it with the 399 prec increase from 160-200, the 1% you get at 180 and the 3,833 increase to health which boosts the total buff, you're looking at a total precision increase of 844 (based off of my primary DPS loadout spec. YRMV).

A day late lol jk. Great video. I switch between nature, rage, gadgets, and earth so I went with gemini, cloak, grim, and stone. All but stone are max xp waiting for dlc. I used all my nth and other useless artifacts to get stone up to 900k xp. Now just waiting to see how bad prec builds got hit. Will dump vwd into stone. Also just left solar at 160.

matt twente i have 3 it’s just I’m a returning player who left off last on PB being current content. So I have a lot of catching up to do arts wise. Last I’d logged arts weren’t a thing. So i just need to know what’s the best and most efficient to pursue. Especially cuz I’m not putting any MP cash into lvling my arts

Generic would be gemini and scrap of soul cloak( if you use a supercharge) and whatever else you'd want to run as a 3rd.(gimorium or solar for the bonus might I guess) I'd focus on aoe if you don't have an armory. As there's more air fights than single(even boss fights mostly have add waves now) But there is a way to get a free armory from in game, I think it's either a collection or briefing(google it)

Starheart rings of azar and omega all need a serious buff even the demons fang even though it has somewhat benefit depending on your resto

Do the buffs from the claw and stack on top of the debuffs from the amulet of rao if so doe they stack with the buffs you get from the cog the tetra and when you pop a SC from a 200 level eye of the Gemini and I hope you do a video on it

I'm an electric dps, I run with the soul cloak (160), grim (200) and solar amplifier (160). E-Bomb with the grim pi is worth it. Solar amplifier works great in aoe at 160 as it puts a dot on the add groups.

Steve Denton ebomb is only worth it when you could die from being stuck in Tesla animation. Besides that running ebomb or heat vision for an air rotation is much less damage then the regular rotation. Also with how often you gain circuit breaker no Gemini artifact also loses a lot of dmg especially with the new rank 200

Umh... after watching the viveo you made about quantum dps(one month ago) i have a question. Should i use the precison single target loadout or the might single target loadout? Im switching to quantum for the first time so ye i really need an answer. Edit : Ah i forgot to ask you this - when playing with quantum should i stick to controller role or change it to damage role?(give me your opinion about this please).

FeNyX CriZ unfortunately the precision section won’t be up to date with all the changes on test server to weapons. The might single target is still valid and good. Quantum is good at midrange and range damage which will be helpful for this dlc episode coming out. It just depends on your preference, quantum is a good dps and great troll

would be a good place to post this here aswell sinds it's the final verdict. Question: Philosopher's Stone at Rank 200 when you drop it, it shows a 20% Dmg buff. Normally a supply drop is a 50% buff, is this intended?

I mentioned it to another comment but I was more trying to find the benefit to possibly running heat vision. I hopped on test again and parsed it and was getting consistent 54k with egen and when I changed it to a HV rotation was getting only 48k. Heat vision is a 7 second power, you are in animation for 3 seconds and it has a 4 second cooldown which leaves powers like arc and tesla, the best splitting might powers, on cooldown for multiple seconds until you hit them again where egen is a fire and forget power that you can even clip. If I am running circuit breaker I can clip egen and start my rotation and have full damage where with HV you'd have to sit in it for 3 seconds missing massive buffed damage. With egen you are hitting powers off cooldown each time to maximize the splitting dmg with arc/tesla and the pi damage with electrocute and voltaic burst dmg.

Ok cool. When I was testing it I didn’t have accelerated Tesla ball in my back piece. I was finding that I have a 3-4 sec time that i couldn’t hit any powers. Let me change that and see what I find. Thanks for the response. Really appreciate you sir!

Ice DCUO DKS is only better if you powerset doesn’t use the PI set up at all, which most powersets do. So DKS becomes more a niche helpful artifact then a meta one
