Totally. It's kind of disgusting actually. Also I don't want to be reminded of anything football when I'm watching them. Just give them the spotlight for 4 friggin minutes, they've earned it.

@@lj1671 Well yeah it’s their dream but the organization has SO much money there’s no reason they should be underpaid. These woman have to clock into their other jobs plus practices, appearances etc. The dcc bring a different audience and keep people engaged even if the cowboys are constantly losing. Without the girls they wouldn’t be as popular let’s be real. Plus the football players go into football because it’s their passion too; not solely the pay. However, they’re paid VERY generously. Yet they’re not held to the standard those woman are. Ps. Sorry for the rant lolll 😝

​@allvibespeace Don't be sorry, it's all true. They love Dance and Cheer and many have been at it most of their lives, it's what they do. Ridiculous they get paid so little. The joined because they love it and being in a high caliber organization is a goal to know they've perfected and reached the top. Definitely Does Not mean they should get paid less, those football players are so Over paid! No frickin equality even in today's day and age.
