Taken initially into a shop for injector cups, later, the customer was told the head hand failed. The customer lost confidence in the shop and contacted TAT Express. The truck arrived at TAT Express, disassembled. We work hard to get the customer back together and on the road again. You can schedule an appointment with us for maintenance or any repairs you have.

Do you recommend Lucas fuel additives for the health of injectors? I own a 2016 Cascadia with a DD15 which is one sweet engine!!!

i send the head out to a machine shop that has a testing device that pumps cold water in and pressure head up then they drain it and refill head with hot coolant and re pressure test then they do it again with cold coolant under pressure this forces the metal to expand and contract ,thermal cycle and this has found issue that just air in the head alone has missed

I agree it’s best to magnaflux, but since DD15 heads can not be resurfaced due to the idler we recommend head replace

I'm a company driver, so I have no say in where my truck goes for repairs. I can't imagine owning my own truck, and breaking down thousands of miles away from a shop you know and trust.

My driver accidentally put def in fuel and we had to change the whole fuel system and injectors. 10k miles later truck broke down and now the same mechanic who fixed it is saying cylinder 6 got pushed down and they have to do the head and Cylinder replace? Truck only has 352k miles DD15. My question is who is responsible since we just got the work done from him on a low mileage truck?

I have a 2015 cascadia freightliner I had my CPC rebuilt and ever since I had it rebuilt it seems like I always loosing pulling power. Could that be the problem or could it be something else
