And boom, your engine starts to break apart everywhere like he explained . It’s like asking a small 4 foot person to pick up a washing machine vs a 6 foot 7 person . Which one is gonna handle it better ? Imagine them doing this repeatedly for hours , up down , up down, They both may lift it BUT, one of them are gonna a start breaking knee caps, joints, etc because the smaller person is obviously not built to handle so much weight. So if you see a DD13 With that much power. Just know it’s either broke already without showing signs or it’s gonna explode and you’re done for. ✔️

Who are you buying the truck from? Schneider, Ryder, Penske, RichieBros...? Compared the price on this 3 big fleet used trucks, if you know how to rebuilt the engine you can buy a $10,000 AS-IS from Ryder be sure to inspect that engine turn. If you want a good $40K+ ready to go Schneider low mileage 400,000-500,000 miles is the easy way. All of the used trucks will have problems especially that stupid emission system be sure to replace all of the nox sensors and temp sensors. Oil pump, suction, 5 O-rings, rod/main this is very crucial for this DD13 and DD15 this will prevent major engine failure. Good luck with your purchase.

I do local rail work , so I’m trying to decide between dd13 or dd15 on 2019 cascadia 126 . Load weights vary all the time from light to fully loaded. Anybody out there got some suggestions?
