I have registered and made payment of 2500 and the status is showing as complete. What next? Nothing is showing on the portal except for the payment details (nothing under awas section) . At what stage we have to select the flat we want to buy? And on booking day, only the people whose application will be selected will be allowed to make payment? Please answer, i have applied for first time… under sabse sasta scheme non ews category

Metro station se flats tak koi bus stand nahi hai. Auto bhi nahi milta. Kafi pedal chalkar bus stand hai narela. Market bhi nahi hai.

Jo senior citizens persons hai. Bimar log hai, vo log G.F. kaise le sakte. hai. Kya aise logo ko bhi kuchh socha hai? Please consider for them also, so that they shoul be allowed to provide them G.F flats options.

Kya EWS persons can fill form on his own. No .! Generally. EWS are illiterate people, very low servival money. How can they will fill the form on line. They do not know computer. Secondly the cost of flat 12 lakh is very nig amount for them. So ultimately the Real EWS people will not be in a position to purchase flat. And no banks give loan to EWS persons due to no income to them. They are just serviving very hard even in this new growing india . My self is a graduate Engineer but un employed from so many years. Difficult servival. But no way. My choice to get flat will not be filled due to no income. So for LIG and EWs persons this dda cost is very very high . Dda should reduce it. Other wise, give them loan for 15 OR 20. Years. Give help to poor and unemployed homeless person. That will be a true help to them.............,.
