Holy sheets, that's Buff? Amazing. On the real: if you have sleep apnea, get a CPAP. Buy one. Steal one. Whatever. You have no clue how much sleeping sub-optimally impacts you until you use the CPAP. It's a game changer. As someone who has PTSD from childhood abuse (sexual and physical assault by a family member), getting a CPAP made all the difference in feeling okay to handle the world. It also reduced my night terrors and, for once, I had pleasant dreams. Congrats Buff.

And mark you have this 100% I’m rooting for you brother!!! I feel this struggle this was my exact demons I faced. Alcohol and pills. I had a brush with death in 2020 because of liver failure and pancreatitis from my addiction and I got out of the hospital on my sons 1st birthday. That moment when I saw my son reach for me and say “daddy!”when I walked in was my eye opener. October 23 2020 is my sober date. You got this my dude I am rooting for you!!!
