ZANGETSU oh i know it's not as gimmicky as Reach the sky, but it gave me some vibes from that chart with its buildup, jump streams, and slowdown in the mid. Or better yet, this chart kinda reminds me of Sick as well

The thing that makes this hard is just the song length and the amount of steps. However, the patterns are fairly straight forward.

Seems in line with an ITG 11 which (usually) falls in line with a DDR 16. Upper end, sure, but it's bursts instead of runs. There are breaks in the song. No one section is too hard for 16, it's just a bit longer and relentless than many others.
