Translating ユニsan's comment to English: "According to my memory, they pre-recorded everything beforehand, when the new name was announced they recorded those "Reiwa" shouts and immediately mixed them into the song." Some of my own comments to add: You can hear that the song is written like someone shouts "Reiwa" and then someone else sings the next line in response to that, making it pretty easy to do quick word swaps. Simple but genius songwriting. However I'm really curious as to how they managed to dish out the video so quick as well, rendering videos takes a lot more time than songs.

As a Pump It Up player, I'm amused to see that DDR has finally caught up with the jank chart designs literally from the year 2000 - amused in a good way, mind. The CZ chart (nowadays called the S18 chart) for Novasonic - Slam has literally all of the gimmicks from Reiwa's charts... well, except the freeze arrows... and Pump didn't fixate as much on 24ths in it's charts because it was worried about going 'too far' with 32nds like DDR currently is... And don't give me any bunk over timing windows; it's been 22 years, y'all should be just fine to handle DDR's windows with this stuff by now. Trust me you'll learn to love this stuff once you can do it!

I'll bet you the person who made this chart constructed this solely on a keyboard and never actually stepped his feet on the cabinet in his life to even test this. That's the only theory of how atrocious and mis-rated this chart is and why it probably ranks up to hnkul's "TERRIBLE DDR EDITS" you see on her channel. Like, this is SN2-class bad. If A20+'s theme was drills and if A3's theme is ludicrously complex patterns, ridiculous tech, and milquetoast shitpost charts such as this, this terrifies me as a DDR fan about now and what the future holds.
