Your taste in cars is literally identical to mine. Always loved the teal 93 cobras, was obsessed with the mystichrome cobras when they released in 04, the typhoon etc. I also have a cyber grey c6 grand sport. Keep up the videos!

@@ddxauto 84 sir. Had a torch red C5 about 10 years ago and knew it had to be either the GS, Z06 or ZR1. Unfortunately cancer got in the way; then Covid drove the prices up so I bought about a year ago before the prices went berserk. Just had redline Motorsports do ARH headers and tune, made 432. Baby steps, then hopefully A&A kit with meth and a cam and call it a day

As the former owner of 5 Grand Nationals both for street & race(9 sec GN) you definitely need a GN/GNX in your collection!!! PLEASE!! :) And/or the 89' Turbo Trans Am with the same LC2 drivetrain!:)

Also remember someone running a big twin turbo cyclone that went 9s on its shakedown pass. On second pass truck got loose around 330’, guy decided to stay in it and ended up putting it head on into the wall at the 1/8th. This was like circa 2006 at Atco raceway

I had a 86 Mark Vll 5.0 . I loved that car..It was the 2nd car i owned.. I had it when I was 17 years old... It would always piss me off when people would call it a Thunderchicken (Thunderbird). Only problem I had with it was the airbag leveling system. When it would sit at night in the morning it would be sunk to the ground. Other than that I had no issues with the car. Loved loved loved that car.

I'm a value buyer so C7s and C8s will appear but not at their current pricing levels. Am not a huge C5 fan so I don't forsee any C5s in the mix (for now).

Would you ever consider a C4 ZR1? Those things are still priced decently, but they're becoming harder to find in great shape. I just want to see one with full bolt-ons and cams. That would be gnarly.
