I love that Fox hit 8 3s last night AFTER this video came out. I noticed rifgt from the stsrt of the year he was working to translate his elite mid range touch to the outside, and I’m surpised I didtn find a KZbinr break it down until now. So props to this dude finally highlighting it! Fox last few games he has a 8, 7 and 6 3s made game.

Fox had a crazy growth in his game almost every year. His rookie year was mid but had a huge jump sophomore year and another one his 3rd year. I think it was year 4 when he came back all big and buff and had a slight decline but besides that he always keeps improving

It's because he has been doing Currys practice. He trained with Currys shooting coach all summer. Thats why.

That’s not 100% true. He also has been training with Mike browns development coach. If you watch the show “ the run” you’ll see that even when fox got married in Europe. He has that coach with him , and practice every day. Even during his honey moon. Curry is amazing for sure. And his coach is helping. But fox is also just working his ass off and it’s showing

@@sacramentofoodforest the guy you're talking about is Curry shooting coach. That's not Mike Brown Development coach. He is Currys shooting coach. This literally mentioned in Fox interview on Deuce and Mo. Also was stated that he did Currys drills. Which majority of people quit and can't finish. Fox did them and he was in pain but rather than not continuing, he pushed through.

Imma be honest When he first entered the nba, when i saw his shooting form especially in 1on1 games. he would be a good 3pt shooter. But then i realized his hesitate to take 3s early in his career. Aint no way with that form hes not averagomg higher 3pt %. Happy his doing so well now.

He’s grown a lot, now he knows his spaces and how to get there every single time. I do expect him to drop to 37-38% in the rest of the year, but even if that’s the case it’s a big improvement.

Fox's improvement this year is amazing but seeing the step back the REST of the Kings have taken so far this year has been a head scratcher. Basically the same roster that was one of the deepest in the league last year has been extremely disappointing as a fan

Yeah I think part of it is expectations but something definitely needs to change

@@MunchCrunchTime definitely some of it is expectations and they are still sitting pretty well in the west, however the starting duo of Barnes and Huerter have failed to get into a rhythm and it has killed the offense. #1 offense to outside top 10 with a hardly improved defense doesn’t seem to have high hopes of playoff success.

@@willstout5988 This team is awesome when playing well. But are you watching the games we lose? At least 8-10 of the 12 losses have been embarrassing demolitions. And to teams like the Pelicans, Clippers, Rockets, our likely playoff matchups. Kings haven't had a response to certain teams that have their number. I may have overreacted after the terrible blowout to Portland, but you can't deny the two black holes in the starting lineup in Barnes and Huerter have been holding the team back from a MIN or OKC level ascension this year

This is an interesting question, and I honestly think it might be impossible with Domas there. But I think that as the general public becomes more aware of fox’s shooting development that we could see a narrative shift.
