Finding a therapist... Try looking for one that works on a sliding scale at least until you can find someone who works with your insurance. Mine is expensive for me and kinda out of my budget BUT a normal one would be astronomically way too much!!! I wish you well and I am sending you good vibes on your journey.

Omg... Not this kinda rant, this hurts my heart... I am sorry that you can't keep your therapist!!! I am gonna shut up until I get to the end...
