Your heart was in the right place, but I found your explanation to be convoluted, confusing and misleading. You gave a plethora of information about Kodi, which wasn't even part of the title video and not what was asked for, and failed to give a simple and direct instruction on how to "deregister/register a device on Amazon". I felt you really missed the mark on this one.

Can I just clarify, if I deregister the current account on my firestick & reregister with another 1 apps like IPTV will not be deleted off the firestick? They can easily be launched from the settings once I've signed in again??

Is there any way to contact you? I deregistered and it comes up w only one screen and it's the connect to your network screen. I put in my hotspot password from my phone and it's telling me couldnt find my Amazon account. What do I do. It's not working?
