You're awesome Keith! Keep fighting the good fight and getting that message out there. The kids need to be protected from life ruining decisions being made for them before they even know who they are. The so called "Medical professionals" that do these things should be arrested for child abuse, it's absolutely sickening. I think in the future people are going to look back on this like people now look back on "mentally ill" people being lobotomized. What an absolute sadness caused by a cultural madness. We love you man!

Ignore the hate and the haters, they are the poison that is the cancer of social media. You have such a beautiful way of explaining who and what you are. And you are such an important voice on these issues because you have lived it. And remember - you are more loved than hated, and most important - you love yourself. Only when you find the place that gives you peace and make you happy can you do good things for other people.

Decades ago, you let me in to see your feminine aesthetics and curiosity, just through some photos. You've lived through so much. Same. I have a lot of trauma, still picking at the scabs over my clipped possibilities. I only met you through my friends Lucy and Stefanie, bumped into you at a coffee place on St Marks or something. I got into your music through Lucy and it's substantially more powerful and meaningful to me now, having lived through abuse and repression, childhood trauma, all the resentment left over things I had no control or power to fight against. You look great. Most importantly you seem to be in a very healthy place. Healing. Best wishes!!

Congratulations on your new journey. I think more people should hear your story so they can make an informed decision. This is not an anti-trans post, nobody should have the say over someone else's body, only one who can change you is you and whatever you need to do to make you happy is what you need to do. Stories like this need to be heard! Be happy and be healthy in mental, spiritual and physical ways.

Okay, this got me emotional, the way you poor your heart out there hits me like a ton of bricks in a good way. I really think 'authenticity' is the key word, your journey has been and always will be pure and honest. I say this because i have never caught you saying a word that wasn't sincere, i have never caught you in a moment where you seemed to have lost your integrity. You never had any agenda besides following your heart. Nothing but love and respect from my end. There have been times where i have been concerned about you, worried that the horrors of your past would catch up with you and you would end up like let's say Scott Weiland, i mean with what you have been through it would have made all the sense in the world for things to end on a very bad note. So far, in this moment, it's been a feel good story, so much positivity oozing out of you. Inspirational. You are a beautiful person Keith. Btw, do we finally get a booby pic before the surgery, you know, as a farewell token??? Hehe sorry, couldn't resist. Ps if you have the chance please listen to the song Beautiful Freak by Eels, it's for you.

Thank you for being a voice of reason and helping young people who may be confused. It's nice to see logical, rational words of encouragement. I'm a straight guy and I believe everyone should accept and be comfortable with who they are. If someone wants to be gay or dress as the opposite sex they should realize that there's nothing wrong with that. We're all different and it's okay to be who we are. I feel bad for a lot of these kids I see going through this stuff. My niece's best friend is trans. Such a nice kid, she's practically part of the family. I never see the kid smile. I can sense such sadness and depression in her facial expressions. It really breaks my heart. I don't get involved in their personal business. I just hope she gets the help she needs and achieves peace and happiness. I call them kids because my niece is my baby. They're actually in their early twenties.

We used to chat on twitter and DM sometimes, mostly me making jokes about Sal, that was back before twitter was whatever the f**K it is now. But I loved you and Life of Agony back in the old days and I still do. You are a real person... way tf ahead of your time my friend, we do not live in a world where people can be their authentic self in real time, and to be honest that covers a lot of territory... you can say whatever you want, but its anathema to have a single feeling... but half the intellect is emotion, and most of this world is working with half a brain because they don't understand that. You stood up to the fear... and that is something few people do. About the 13 minutes... I'm just gonna forgive that right now, because, I think it was an important 13 minutes. Mina is a part of you that I'm glad I met. I love you Keith, and I wish you all the best. It makes me think about guys like Peter, they who weren't around long enough to confront their inner monsters, who didn't get a chance sort their self out, to realize the corporate paradigm is slavery empowered by fear. Its all bs... you are a real human being, and you know, that's more than I can say for a lot of people. 💞🙏

I love you... No matter who you choose to be. I always have. I grew up with you, Alan, Joey, and Sal... Life of Agony was, and always has been an intrinsic, and very much cathartic piece of my being, and my soul. When you came out many years ago it didn't change how I viewed you, or how I respected you. In fact it made me see you as a much stronger individual than what I had previously believed. You have always kept it real, and I have always known you to be a very kind and empathetic spirit. You're an amazing person inside and out, and if the trans community wants to criticize you for this decision in a cruel way, without having a deep conversation about it, then let them. The ones who truly speak love and life will understand, and if they can't, they will do their very best to try. At the end of the day, this is your life, your body and your soul. Your right to choose. Also, I just wanted to tell you.. I woke up about 2 hours ago and took a long hot shower, and haven't even started my pot of coffee.. I reached into my dresser and grabbed a very old LOA shirt, an original RRR shirt that has faded to gray. I threw it on, and laid down in bed to scroll KZbin about what's going on in Ukraine and Russia; I had no idea that I would see this video. I, and we, all love you very much and will always stand by you no matter what! You're a beautiful person and I'm very proud of you no matter what you decide in life. It wouldn't change a single thing. You're amazing! ❤

I sported your shirt from the one concert im positive i went to all the time. I had no idea you had gone trans, but finding this out now i understand (as much as one can). I could tell you were a tortured soul listening to your catalog of music. LOA and solo stuff; i had it all. Im extremely excited for you to have finally found the peace within yourself to turn the tides back against the evil spirits that have plagued you and cast you into a pit of misery and uncertainty. This world needs more people like you to stand strong and to spread your message and story. I pray to the Most High in the Heaven of heavens that you get to speak with Joe Rogan. You can bring such beautiful insight to such a tragic attack on the children, shedding light into dark realms parents and young adults don't understand. Im praying for you, my brother!
