I have a legal hemp company in Wisconsin and just had my audit from the USDA. The auditors said it is not legal because even know the 2018 fam bill says 0.3% D9 the bill also says USDA makes the final rule. In the 2023 USDA final rules and regulations testing requirements are post decarboxylation here’s the exact wording “decarboxylation requirement set in the 2018 Farm Bill. In gas chromatography (GC) testing, heat is applied to the sample, which decarboxylates THCA, producing delta-9 THC, so that the final delta-9 THC result is actually a total THC result.” The auditors also said any hemp containing 1-5% THC needs to be destroyed and anything above 5 % is considered gross negligence resulting in loss of license and possible prosecution for distribution & manufacturing of marijuana (Controlled Substance)

I’ve been arrested before for marijuanna never charged nothing is on my record, twice as a juvenile and once as an adult but as an adult I went and completed and the state at tourney held her word and literally had the charge expunged once I proved I completed rehab to her. Costed me nearly $2,000 for 6 meetings I had total in 2 months. Waste of time and money and the charge was over basically nothing here in Iowa. I will never consider having to waste two months not medicating, as I don’t take meds I have been prescribed as they drive me crazy instead I smoke weed and stay Mellow while happy and relaxed, anyways $2,000 for 6 meetings All over me getting caught with 18 grams of weed, but if I drive to Missouri, two hours away it’s legal, Illinois one hour away, it’s legal, just total bullshit.

(All the same county which is why they gave me a harsh punishment) It's a long story but I STG I only had 2 grams of flower. Answering your questions about mailing THCA through the mail, I wouldn't do it unless it's user amount (zip or less) Due to the fact that many cops will just seize the THCA flower/or oil and charge you with possession with intent to sell Delta-9 THC. Also/or, they could charge you with possession of a look-a-like substance, which is also a felony. It's so stupid because you would figure that they would test the drugs they seize vigorously, but they don't always have sophisticated/efficient methods of doing so right away. I know in Wisconsin if you ship a half pound of THCA flower to your house and the cops get it, they will raid you AT THE VERY least. @@robinsss It classifies as hemp, it's just a loophole from the 2018 farm bill, It's the exact same as normal thc/weed, the reason THCa is legal is because the growers make sure to properly grow it and have under .3 percent Delta-9 thc(which doesnt appear in large amounts in weed. The only reason you see weed in a dispensary and it says CA or "Dispensary product" is because it's over .3 percent THC making it an non-hemp product, and most weeds you see in dispensaries is all THCa plus the amount of Delta-9 THC in it, If they make THCa directly illegal in all state that means all marijuana would be illegal until it was distilled. THCa is the most abundant chemical in the marijuana plant, people honestly think its different, Until it decarboxylates it is THCa. All weed is THCa until is it heated.

Besides trying to get people to vote for thousands of individual office holders on top of regular elections when people can’t even be counted on to vote for POTUS, that would be ridiculous for many obvious reasons. Elected bureaucrats would either just be yes men to whom ever the sitting potus is, completely uncooperative to the sitting administration, or a mix of both sides that causes gridlock worse than anything we could imagine. Imagine the madness if the entire work force of federal government were mostly one party or the other. That would cause endless bias issues that would interfere with civil and basic rights. No, the DEA as an institution needs to be reformed as a whole with cannabis considered the same as alcohol. Better yet, establish common sense drug regulations that don’t incentivize black markets in the first place so a federal agency like the DEA isn’t even necessary.

Most finished flower ends up with 0.1-1.3% THC D9 content, while THCA ranges from 10-30% and is what actually gets you high... THCA flower is just labeled as such to comply with federal law.
