I prefer the more open hemp market especially THCa and typically prefer ordering online. 3chi was one of the first brands I tried and it worked great! I think hemp, CBD, D8, THCa and other hemp derived cannabinoids are affordable and sustainable to produce.

I remember when Delta 8 hit after they legalized cbd. There were some pre-rolls that were really popular and I found out why. Later gummies became popular. About a year ago marijuana was legalized. I much prefer good old THC. The recreational dispensary has a variety of blends available as well as gummies and now concentrates and hybrids. Each product tells you the amount of THC, cannaboids terps etc. Most of the cbd shops that were popular have closed up. Legal cannabis is regulated and you know exactly what you are taking. They have experts that will advise you - same advice for recreational or medical users. Very well informed staff to advise you based on what you are looking for. For example I have diabetes and it helps with inflammation and helps me sleep well at night, reduce stress and improves appetite. My point being that the legal business is not a one horse pony.

I mean just walk into any smoke shop across the country and you will see the “loophole” in effect good and well. You can buy THC-A products that are almost identical to normal THC products but they are “legal” because they are produced and extracted from hemp that is below .3% thc and that makes it federally legal. And smoke shops have exploited this for years, I’m in a “illegal” state and can go to the smoke shop less than 5 mins from my home and get a full selection of vape pens edibles normal flower for smoking, concentrates litteraly everything you could want. I can even buy feminized seeds for autoflowers that are just sitting there on the shelf next to the register and like I said I’m in an illegal state. There is even a loophole for legal “shrooms” it’s an analogue that when produced it’s not a illegal product but when your body metabolizes it then it turns into the compound that gives similar effects to shrooms. And again those are found at smoke shops all over..

I think the LA times article highlighted what most people already knew. I’ve been smoking for 15 years and I’m not shocked about the pesticides. I will say, that those results showed TRACE amounts of pesticides. Not saying trace amount is good but I’d like the LA times to go check for pesticides at stuff we eat and drink everyday. I will say the LA times article shook up the industry and that’s a good thing because hopefully companies will either shut down or start investing a lot more on testing. We need to start by getting our definitions correct. One of the slides says that "Hemp sales in 2022 were $28 Billion, and Cannabis sales in 2022 were $26 Billion". It's physically impossible for "cannabis" sales to be less than "hemp" sales, since it's ALL "cannabis". It branches off into "hemp" (any strain of cannabis < 0.3% THC) and "marijuana" (any strain of cannabis > 0.3% THC). Personally, I'm not a fan of Delta 8 THC and I don't even believe this substance should've been given the association with "THC", since Delta 8 THC is derived from Hemp strains of the cannabis plant and it's extracted by using chemical solvents, like heptane. My advice, stick with the real thing: straight CBD or Delta 9 THC. All natural goodness.

Is forbs invested in this company or something? Cause theres definitely some less than factual statements. Like how cannabis dispensarys dont have anything other than delta 9. Most of the edible brands i sell at my dispensary have cbd, cbg, cbn, thc-v. Those just recently started being studied. There hasnt been any demand for them till now. Why would companies be responsible for not selling those 20-30 years ago when no one new they existed? Hemp and marijuana as yall call it are the same thing. It's all cannabis. The only difference is that each cultivar (each strain) has different levels of different cannabinoids. Also, delta 8 doesnt naturally accure in high enough levels for extraction, they use hydrochloric acid to convert delta 9 to delta 8 which makes it synthetic. No one should be consuming synthetic cannabinoids. Also we dont know the long term safety of delta 8 synthetics. We do know that normal cannabis is safe. And we have 3000 years of experience to tell us that.

Delta 9 is not a pharma drug. Delta 9 is THC. There's no difference between "marijuana" and "hemp" the only difference is the amount/level of THC in the plant. The only difference is the government is saying there's a difference. There isn't. I'm a Bud tender.

Brother I’ve smoked both I’ve been on CBD because I can’t find THC well I’ve been on TCA Delta nine and it sucks compared I don’t sleep as well. I don’t go through my day as well. I don’t eat as well but 27 years straight I don’t know what I’m talking about with my own body
