I feel like you should also make a tutorial for how to KEEP delinked outfits. It seems like bypassing the character loading takes a lot more effort than delinking again. To play a public match, you must load into the lobbies as another character and switch to the delinked character, and then you must close your game after the match before it reloads your character to prevent resetting your character.

I've been informed that you actually don't need to switch characters before loading into a lobby, once you get into the match the cosmetic will still be glitched. And honestly it's much faster to simply re-glitch the cosmetic than it is to close the game and restart it after every match.

It can we link sets with other sets cause I used to like having nurse Heather with the longer blonde bob and choker

Apparently you can but it involves doing the glitch, disabling Internet access and then rebooting the game and doing the glitch again. Since it'll only last 1 match anyway it's probably a bit too much work.

Bro, great job! Thanks for this. I could never do the old FPS glitch.. this is way simpler and actually works. Sucks we can't mix up two legendary outfits though. :( Guess we'll have to hope BHVR decides to allow it, considering we will probably always find a way around it, haha. Keep it up.

It's a shame you can't actually get in a match with the glitched cosmetic, it'll go back to default once you get in a lobby

Nah, it changes visually on your end but everyone else sees it glitched and it'll still be glitched when you get into the match.

Yeah can do that, the process is the same just change the torso and bottoms.

Did you make sure to do the step where you equip something else first before you equip the outfit piece you actually want?

Whenever I leave the shop after finishing the glitch, the character just gets reset. Is it just visual? Any workaround?

Is this survivor or Killer? If its Survivor it sounds like you missed a step. If it's Killer, switch to another Killer and switch back.

btw, you can still glitch 2 sets with an already glicthed set skin, to save the glitched outfit, you can just disconnect the internet for a short bit and back to lobby while switching the character, you don't need to restart the game.

Do you need the prestige for Jill? I have both sets but no prestige cosmetic

You could try using the default top first and see if it works, but I think you might need at least one piece of the prestige outfit.

I'm not sure, I don't think so. Apparently there is a different way but it involves disconnecting from the internet, restarting the game ect) a lot of effort since it'll be reset after a match anyway.

I don't think so, I believe you can only use one set in the glitch.

Yeah sadly Cheryl and Pyramid Head are characters you need their prestige cosmetics unlocked to fully make use of the glitch on them.

@@jordanscheuerman1200 it works for xbox sometimes the console can lag which can undo the process trust me i know it sucks. The best thing you can do is to do the glitch and when it shows in the before queue lobby switch to a diff survivor then switch back once you load into a game lobby, you will have to do it over and over but it’s very simple to do so it’s kinda worth it tbh.

@@AuntySocialQueen hey, I worked it out. I was trying to glitch out pieces of leon’s outfit however I don’t think it’s possible. I’ve figured it out for other characters. Leon just doesn’t have another unlinked item to lock in the changes.

Ah, yeah you'll need to unlock his prestige outfit, same for Jill and I think Cheryl.

@@ShinChanFan867 Even if you did manage to do it (you still can it's just a very lengthy process) you would have to do it after every game as the sets reset. And just in terms of putting Claire's head on that body, her neck actually doesn't align with the torso properly anyway so it doesn't look all that great.
