Killer name: The Devil Power: Unsatiated Hunger Description: From seeing all the fresh prey after acting with a mask on you're face for so long as made you're hunger insatiable, willing to put anything on the line to get even a scrap of fresh meat. After chasing or hitting a survivor you're hunger builds till you go mad, giving you an near unstoppable amount of adrenaline, but you're bloodlust makes you sloppy. While Unsatiated Hunger is active the killer cannot be blinded by any means and the time that you are stunned is reduced by 60% (Doesn't stack with enduring) But vaulting speed is reducing by 25%. While Unsatiated Hunger is active the more The Devil chases a survivor (Doesn't effect survivors that just got unhooked) The Devil gets progressively faster, up to a max of 30% and all survivors are effected by intense fear. Effect: Intense Fear While Intense Fear is active survivors are overwhelmed with fear, kicking in there primal instinct to flee. Survivors are effected with blindness and are oblivious to the killers terror radius, this forces survivors to slow down on all actions by 10%. Perks: Prime Cuts/Fake Facade/Patient Butcher Prime Cuts: After cutting so many beautiful pieces of meat you've developed a sixth sense for where to cut survivors and make them bleed. After hitting a survivor with a basic attack, survivors blood pools are 15/25/45% bigger and grunts are 10/20/30% louder. Fake Facade: After killing and blending back into society is second nature and is a thrill to you, you seek the same guilty pleasure every chance you get. After sending a survivor into the dying state you become undetectable for 4/6/8 seconds, and has a 120/80/60 second cooldown Patience Butcher: So many days pass after you kill and feel the thrill of the hunt, that sometimes you want to let loose and go on a rampage. But you must bite you're time till the right moment. After injuring a survivor you gain a token for Patience Butcher (Up to a max of 20) Each token increases you're speed in bloodlust by 0.1/0.5/1% till the trial is over

These perks actually seem balanced in a way plus with the last perk you could trick survivors into thinking you have noed (no one escapes death this perk is considered the pussy of perks as it’s used to insta down survivors and hook them but people usually use a mori to secure a mori kill)

Bob’s Momento Mori is obviously him spouting off some random meat fact cutting into their arm and eating it a little bit before noticing they are starting to crawl away, dragging them back over and then finishing them off with multiple stabs to the back

I think the second perk would encourage slugging Fake Facade: After hooking a survivor, you gain Undetectable if a survivor healthy or injured survivor is in your Terror Radius. You lose Undetectable when you preform a basic or special attack, or 3/4/5 seconds after there aren't any healthy or injured survivors in your Terror Radius.

His power would have something to do with resisting status effects/stuns or something similar to the Oni where can become very powerful under certain conditions. Since you can't necessarily kill the killer in dbd, and his only power in Spookymonth besides brutal strength was immortality, so that becomes ruled out. Obsession related perks since he's always on a hunt for Skid's mom?

Lemon Juice - If Bob fails to strike his victim, said victim will be blinded for 15 seconds, as their vision blurs because of “Lemon Juice.” However, Lemon Juice slows down Bob, allowing for his victim to get away if a successful attempt is made. This speed decrease ends as soon as Lemon Juice wears off. Sharpening - Bob May sharpen his weapon at times with this perk, allowing for a Speed boost for 10 seconds. However, The sound can alert Victims within a radius of two meters. (This perk may not be used with Lemon Juice in an attack.) Never Cease - Bob will pick an “Ultimate Victim” by the use of marking. After this, said victim will be panicked- therefor failing their tasks more often. This can slow down progress on Generators, or even result in a teammate death. The victim will also be slower, as they tend to trip more often in a panicked manner. (This May work with Lemon Juice and Sharpening.) (MORI) Lunch - Bob’s mori will include Bob carving the victim, and stuffing parts of flesh into a bag for later storage. [THIS TOOK SO LONG]

Character: Bob Map: Spooky month vill Diffcultly: Medium - Hard Power: Cannibal: When ever a player is downed, you can start a 10 second animation. When the animation is complete, the player would no longer be downed (even if they weren't saved) but their movement speed will be slightly decreased for the rest of the game. Perk 1: Mad cow - The next player bob hits will lose control of their character for 5-6 seconds Perk 2: Escaped - With a 45 second cooldown, he can teleport to any door with a 2 second animation Perk 3: Sugar rush - Bob will eat a piece of candy, slowed for 3 seconds, then he would gain a massive speed boost for 2 seconds, then it would change to slight speed boost for another 6 seconds I never played DBD before and this is my 2nd description.

A perk idea if this character was real 'the smell of fear' in chase, generators that survivors are working on and they miss a skillcheck, they will scream and the generator will lose 20 percent, the highest worked on generator will be regressed by ten percent and be blocked for thirty seconds with the 20 percent regressed one.

Well he's what I'm thinking his ability should be that the longer a surviver is not hit the faster bob becomes by 10% but it only stacks at 30 to reference how bob gets hungry for eating flesh i would say that lila would be the surviver for obvious reasons I think she would have a Flashlight at the beginning to reference the lemon sensing

I came up for a power idea for him. Power: [Candy freak] Around the map small piles of candy will spawn, the devil/Bob can eat these piles of candy. When bob eats 4 piles of candy his power meter will become full, giving a prompt to activate his power. Activating the power will put him in a rage giving him a 10% speed buff and when a pallet is dropped on him he won't be stunned and can break pallets 25% faster for 10 seconds. [Candy piles can not spawn in the main building if the map has a main building or the basement]

I imagine Bob’s killer power would have something to do with how he just wants to eat people. Maybe he grows in power the longer he hasn’t attacked/killed someone? I’m not too good at writing that stuff. Here’s some perks, though! Hex: Starvation - Survivors in your terror radius and totem range have their action and movement speed gradually decrease. It begins to increase again once they leave it. Carve Up - Survivors downed by your basic attack suffer the Hemorrhaging and Mangled status effects. This lasts until a short while after they’re up. Delectable Scent - After leaving chase with a survivor, their scratch marks last longer for a short while.

Delectable Scent I like, very simple but not bad, but Hex: Starvation would be a bit too powerful (or weak depending on the stats) and Carve Up sounds like Sloppy Butcher or Gift of Pain with one less/extra step. For Starvation, it could be the gradual action speed debuff lasts as long as the hex remains active and the movement speed debuff only lasts for as long as they remain in the terror radius. As for Carve Up, I was thinking something along the lines of hitting a survivor with endurance gives the hindered and hemorrhage status for X amount of time.

Killer Name: The Glutton/The Devil Description (Also, I'll just call Bob, "Bob" for his description.): "Bob Velseb is a man who has killed and eaten many. It is believed that Bob had actually worked at a restaurant named "Boys and Grills", before being shut down by police, due to the belief of Bob dismembering the customers and eating them, barely leaving any scraps. Before murdering his victims, he would share awful, gut-wrenching information that was primarily related to food, mainly human flesh. He had chased a female and two, young children, before being shot and nearly killed by police, however, a thick, black smog had engulfed him in his final moments." Power Name: Starving Stalker Power Description: You have gotten so desperate for even a scrap of food; you begin changing your hunt style up. Invoke fear and panic among the group and watch them scream until their little voices give out. Starving Stalker activates when you have down a survivor. Starving stalker makes you undetectable for about 30 seconds for its first phase. You get more, and more desperate, constantly adapting to the survivors moves. In Starving Stalkers second phase, you feel a massive rush of adrenaline, making you faster and instantaneously downing survivors upon a hit. This second phase lasts for 20 seconds. During phase three, you don't care about being quiet or stealthy anymore. It's time to wreak havoc. Your aura is revealed to all survivors, and vice versa. You instantly down survivors and gain a massive speed boost. This third phase of Starving Stalker lasts for about 15 seconds. Perk l: Compliments to the chef. Your prey tastes delicious. You need more. More. More. Upon hitting a survivor, you can see their blood trail for longer periods of time. Perk ll: Fast food. Fast food enables a primal urge within you. One that you have needed to release to a long, long time. Upon damaging a generator, all survivors within a 5-meter radius of an incomplete generator are oblivious. Perk lll: Hangry. Your appetite grows more and more the longer you're in the trial, making you angry. When this perk activates, you destroy pallets and vault over objects 50% faster. Cosmetic Items: Boys And Grills. "A uniformed Bob lured customers in, only to devour them shortly after." Near Death Experience: "Bob was nearly killed before the entity took him."
