The only thing I dont like about this theme is that it doesn't have the prominent dies irae that basically every other theme does. Its sorta there in the drums but its not as clear.

If you listen closely between 0:00 and 0:10, you can faintly hear it during the low and high notes of whatever instrument is used.

Actually, that could be very intentional considering vecna’s ambition and power. It starts the dies irae, but then clearly transitions into a much more prominent theme for vecna himself, with little of the entity’s involvement.
