BG3 character's right belong to Wizards of the Coast, who are currently working with Behaviour and seemingly in good terms, so it's a real possibility for the future. Plus, it would be a good opportunity for them to cash in on the BG3 hype while waiting for a new team to be found for future BG games. Astarion in DBD is a real possibility
