The movie industry can't think of a new idea worth putting on film and this goes completely unnoticed. Life is unjust.

I don't think it's a parody? But it sounds like an unused Tenacious D song for sure! I like it though!

I mean, the storytelling is very strong in the song, but the band is so damn catchy, especially the piano line! I can’t tell if they’re serious or kidding. It’s like a European Bloodhound Gang. (So... it’s like, the bloodhound gang.) The issue is, as funny as the storytelling is, it’s also kinda hateful. Like, he’s hitting the word “midget” very hard, specifically because he knows that it’s offensive. And the Meta-structure of the video, where everyone hearing the song is just offended and saying how this shouldn’t be allowed to continue, kinda feels like it exists to soften the blow of the lyrical content. Or maybe I just put more thought into it all than the actual band. Who knows?
