As soon as I finish it😅 I tend to be close to finishing something and then having an idea to make it better and in turn I spend way more time on it. When I worked on my Red Like Roses animation, it was originally just supposed to be 3 minutes long containing only the first red like roses song. And then I had the idea to incorporate Red Like Roses part 2 and Ruby's mom. If I hadn't added to it it would have been out in less than a month. But It took 7 months because I made it so much better. I don't intend on spending that much time on this project though as I am focusing on getting content out there quicker

That's what I am setting up. Cloud is searching for Tifa who I believe was taken to doatec to be experimented on. If/when I do another episode it will most likely be going over what happened directly after episode 5 of the original dead fantasy with Yuna and Cloud. Funny enough my next episode would technically take place before this episode. Going into how Cloud found Hayate and Kasumi. If that makes any sense.

Honestly I was just thinking about how Kasumi as a character always gets her agency and status in DOA undermined since dimension. Hedeki kamiah always intended for her to be stronger than Ryu and basically a force of nature and an anomaly in the ninja world then they retconed basically every major feat she and Ayane ever had and erased Eileen ; probably one of the most important woman in tecmos history and in gaming history for being the first damsel to actually fight back and be character. Kasumi went from having killed the man that hurt every person in her family and the strongest ninja ever , being borderline in over head and needing Ryu to save her . He then proceeded to slap her and save her over and over and it just made it ring hollow when he said he could beat alpha . I love Ryu but they act like he doesn't have his own game kasumi's DNA made a being that was implied to be able to destroy reality, and yet clouds recked her and I can't blame anyone for thinking it's that easy . Same with changing ayane's victory over Hayate and her father

I'd much prefer Ryu to be more powerful to be honest. Regardless I power scaled based on what I have from the game series, and Ryu Hayabusa is the only character in all of DoA or Gaiden to be able to put up a fight against Cloud.
