The challenge comes from the fact it's hard to see. The feet come down slowly enough that there's literally no challenge if you expect them. Also, mom doesn't stomp you beyond necropolis 2, so not being able to see on sheol and dark room is a complete non-issue

@@RedstoneQwerty but they dont come slow at all, if you have base or 1.0 speed they're almost impossible to dodge on command, you have to keep moving the whole time to actually be able to dodge them, hence you use azazel whom starts with better speed, and even if you can dodge the "slow" stomps there can be situations where damage is literally unavoidable because you cant see the hitbox at all, the whole point of the mod is so you can see where to dodge precisely

Half the reason the foot is hard to deal with is because it can be hidden in plain sight. So because the mod is giving him an advantage vanilla players wouldnt have, I would argue it as cheating.
