Hi , pls help😢 mine has the same prblm of not heating, then found out that myresistor it burned , i bought a new resistor then it get burned again , what could be the problm ???

have you check the main Heater (circular one) ? check both ends heating element with Ohm tester, should be showing a reading, if not you need to replace it.

Variable Temperature Kettle is little bit more complicated, it has heat IC / chip controller. my suspicion is the capacitor (cylinder one or small brown square component ) if you can find it faulty or other component just replace it. you need multimeter to test each component.

@addiengr1 At this point, add the price of a multimeter, a triangle head screwdriver and buying the new components is not worth the cost of repair. I might as well just buy a new kettle 😐
