Dead LG TV that does not turn on! Successful repair and a big fail. made in Egypt

I found this, Made In Egypt, LG 32LN4920 LCD TV on the street. it did not turn on, no power and totally dead.
I was able to find the fault easily and got it repaired but unfortunately I accidently cracked the LCD panel and had to scrap it.
