What an amazing day! How lucky can you be? I've just started detecting after watching you and relic recovery. You too are my favorite. No disrespect to other great diggers. Don't have money to do things but I found a crappy detector at yard sale. I have no idea what I'm doing but I'll learn. I'd be happy to find a modern penny at this point. All I've found is nails and cans. I'm not giving up though. At least not until this detector stops working anyway. This is my new passion. @thehooverboys I just moved to coastal Georgia just outside Savannah. The main road by my house was used for many years. There was a 1750s settlement a mile away and Sherman's March to the sea ended 2 miles away. They're tearing up and widening the main road in town too. Come on and visit!
