Yep another Mall that Kohan owns along with the Lima Mall, I wonder what is the fate of Lima?

Yeah.. used to go to the arcade and then get cookies from Great American Cookies, and the Pizza place inside the mall was absolutely fantastic. It's a different world now.. good times.

I live quite closely, relatively speaking. You should also check out the Ontario/Richland mall near Mansfield.

Yeah, I’m surprised too! I’ve only seen them in a couple other malls in my state, and one of them is another struggling mall.

The mall isn’t closing down completely. I live in Findlay and part of the mall is getting demolished and they are building out for a new retailer. We do not know who it is.

I'm incredibly impressed with how often you upload! I love indoor malls and it's terrible to see such declines. I used to work at Sbarro in Conestoga Mall in Grand Island, NE, and just all the regulars in there alone indicates how many people truly enjoy places like that!

I appreciate it! It’s always nice to hear people’s stories! There’s something truly special about indoor malls that other shopping centers just can’t achieve. Conestoga Mall was one I really wish I could’ve made it too when it was still open.

I visited Lima mall a couple days after shooting this video, and it looked like it was still doing alright when I was there. Occupancy still seemed to be pretty high at least, despite the three empty anchors. But since that’s also Kohan, it could change any minute. I know they are losing FYE as we speak.

@@ERA_Productions Thanks for the update, I was glad that i was able to see Findlay Mall in the Summer of 2023 and I was hoping that it would weather the storms of 2020 and the recession. That said I do not see FYE lasting either in the long run unless you know anything. Thanks again for your great videos Andrew!
